Well, it seems like they only have a little over one day left in their visit, so I think the rest of the story is going to be very eventful. Not everyone is confident to join the outside world.

Considering Thorin’s safety concerns and the reason he brought Tracy to the city, I wonder what the point was in having Honeymoon along?

Too bad everyone can’t have the attitude of Honeymoon and not be worried about what makes then unique !!!

Well, this sure brought the narrative momentum to a screeching halt.

In the past Honey hung out with the daughter of Ugly Christine, Little Orphan Annie, and a kid who looks like Max Allen Collins. And her step-grandparents are the B.O. Plentys. And her dad, Junior Tracy, never outgrew his weird hair. So she likely believes — with reason — that people aren’t staring at HER.

So who is the one going to be in peril? Mysta or Honeymoon?

I don’t draw comics, but in my opinion it would have been a nice “bit” if Honeymoon had experimented with moon fashions while she was there. Seems in character for a teenager. No change to any dialog or actions, just showing her wearing one of those epaulets-and-chest-symbol combos.

If they give me any grief about my antennae, I just zap them!

(and yes, sonar IS her uncle…he is the son of her great aunt…moon maid’s cousin…technically he’s a second cousin, but my mom’s cousin we always called our aunt…her mom was my grandmother’s sister…same situation)

It’s great to see Honeymoon enjoying her time! :D I think I remember that she was embarrassed by her horns for a little while? She’s definitely trying to play it cool to impress Zonar, and that’s adorable!

Looks to me as though Honeymoon, and probably Mysta Chimera (what has become of her, anyway?), will be returned to Tracyville as scheduled. But I think Tracy’s stay in NMV may be extended, as Thorin and he try to root out the cabal of xenophobes (you’d think those red-tunic uniforms they seem to favor might make them more obvious!)….
