    In A Heinlein young-adult novel, they were warned upon being set down on a new planet to beware of the stobor. Later, we find out that there’s ALWAYS something that’s the worst problem. That’s the “stobor”

    There are 3 types:

    Robot – totally programmed cannot deviate from it.

    Robotoid – programmable but can operate on its own.

    Android – Fully autonomous.
