I had never heard anything like that expression until a few months ago. We were at Raleigh-Durham going to fly to Ft Lauderdale. There was a group of about 25 people at our gate wearing tee shirts that said, “You can’t drink all day unless you start in the morning.” Apparently, they were a very friendly bunch because, as we were descending into FLL, after the head flight attendant had made the official announcements, she said, “And to the group going on to Key West, have fun but try to stay out of the news.”

Looks more like pinot noir.

Reds aren’t usually described as “cool, crisp”….
