After each massacre, more people are are asking the same questions. Even gun owners will start worrying about their own families and friends and perhaps start thinking about public gun safety policies. Ghost guns and AR-15 style guns will sooner or later (hopefully sooner) be banned in the country and a plan put together to get all these war weapons off the streets and homes.
In the 44th Amendment Act; a Court ruled that no person can be stripped of his right to life and personal liberty. Therefore only Articles 20 and 21 of the Constitution cannot be suspended even in case of an emergency. There is no court ruling saying that if a national emergency is declared, the 2nd amendment could not be suspended concerning, oh, let’s say… assault-style weapons and their ammunition.
