If you can’t help then you can’t help. Now in his case was it not being able to help or just not wanting to help. He does have a history of that.
Because I work here, that’s why. This place is way beyond help.
Because we don’t sell what he wanted. Nor was it at the price he wanted to pay. Some customers are just irrationally angry.
