Why doesn’t the Supreme Court just rule every law unconstitutional and then they can go on vacation. They have a job for life so who’ going to stop them.
It’s kinda nuts for a self-consciously “conservative” court, since laws against concealed weapons have been on the books in various states since before there were states.
Democrats to been asleep for years they get a decision but they don’t follow through and make it a law they don’t care about local elections they’re only interested in there major elections which is why they’re losing ground
Mr. Davies thinks the SCOTUS is controlled by the N.R.A.‘s agenda as well as the Heritage society. That may be true, but they were appointed from a list produced by the Federalist Society, so they are injected a doubly pure dose of venom into the body politic of American society – and since they are ALL appointed for life, the ONLY way to dilute the poison is by adding more justices to the mix (actually, there is another way, usually mentioned in passing by the lunatic Right, but we won’t go there – yet).
Ever wonder how much simpler life would be if men would just keep their pants zipped? Yes, women can get in vitro fertilization (IVF) — if they have a lot of money and until that is made illegal as well — but women who go through IVF are not usually wanting abortions. Or even how much simpler if would be if family planning information and birth control methods were more readily (and more cheaply) available. Sort of like knowing how and when one can build a campfire and putting it out before it can become another Dixie or Wallow fire.
