Bison is expensive, just get beef!

The “attraction” for buffalo is that it’s supposed to be less fattening than traditional ground beef.

Okay,now who CLEANS the grill after the war is over?

The next phase requires a chainsaw and ax to cut up trees and split firewood for cooking.

A pretty grill is like a melody.

That’s a tough first choice – they tend to be lean. Better that he practice on something like a beef sirloin so he doesn’t burn up as much cash.

Dude: Don’t fall for the false allure of gas. Charcoal, man. Charcoal. You’ll never achieve a proper Wisconsin brat fry on gas.

First: Kudos for not calling it buffalo

Second: Kudos for a healthier choice than beef.

Third: You sure you can afford bison steaks?

Get a hibachi. You can grill whatever works on it during the summer, stay warm by huddling around it in the winter when the power goes out (hibachis have been used to heat rooms in Japan for over 1,000 years and weren’t used for cooking until the 1800’s).

You may have to settle for “beefalo”. Bison is pretty hard to find. But, hey! Beefalo is the best of both worlds!
