McConnell gets re-elected because a majority of voters in the Bluegrass State vote for him. There’s no accounting for taste; just like here in Indiana, another among the group of ultra-hyper-mega GOP states in the US — a group which comprises both a majority of the states, and a minority of the US population.

There should have been a third panel showing the 1950’s duck and cover drills. (The first and third would be equally useless.)

I live in Kentucky, which, EXCEPT FOR THE ONGOING SUPPORT OF MORONIC TRAITORS LIKE MOSCOW MITCH AND THE TWIT-IN-TRAINING RANCID RAND PAUL by a bunch of low-intelligence goobers, is actually a pretty nice state.

I do think he is sincere though.. that smirk is a permanent feature politicians acquire early in the game
