So maybe pay Ox $40… pay Gunther $20… and give Leslie $6.00???

Does that age group even know how to write out a check? (I won’t even try to wrap my brain around the fact that they probably learned how to write checks when they first entered their late teen—just not sure how many years ago that was.)

So they just dumped everything in a garage that opens to the street? I wonder how secure that location is and whether any home insurance covers theft of others’ belongings? When I used a (more secure) storage facility I paid for a private insurance policy.

Why would they pile everything outside instead of just taking it where it will be stored

Everyone is concerned with Les getting paid for nothing, but meanwhile, they did an absolutely lousy job of storing that stuff.

Obviously, Tiff won’t reimburse Les for his sodas.I hope she says something to the effect that “I didn’t see you do any work, so I’m giving your share to Gunther!” I hope dad doesn’t show up and want to park in the garage. On the other hand if he does show up he may end up admiring Tiff’s business sense, since he is a businessman.

When I have guys help me move I pay them in beer. Of course, can’t do that in this situation.

Yesterday the truck was just outside the garage door. Today it appears they backed the truck up out of view and dropped all the junk on the driveway instead of inside the garage. Now they need to move everything again instead of only once. Yesterday it was lined up nicely to just unload into the garage. Send Les home or make him stand around until he has to pee all that soda and charge him $6 for using the bathroom. Keep him away from trees. And other likely locations. Make him walk home.

One assumes Tiff consulted with daddy oh before launching this enterprise. I can see him coming home late one night in a pouring rainstorm and being slightly upset because he can’t get into the garage.

Her deal was with Ox and Les. I’m not sure Gunther knows about the payment. I think Ox was wise to Tiffany’s “deal” before Les accepted it. She should give the money to Ox and let them hash it out. That scenario might be interesting! =:-o
