They don’t need a real vaccine. The people of North Korea can simply be forced to pretend that they got a vaccine, just like they are forced to pretend they have a “glorious leader”.
Wait a minute, that guy in the ‘toon does not physically resemble tRump (although they’re nearly identical in many other ways, especially when it comes to insuppressible overwhelming desire/need for absolute total control over everything and everyone).

1) Dictator Don voiced public approval of vaccines in conversation with Bill O’f_ckface Reilly at a Dec 19 ‘21 political rally (he was booed by many in the audience at that time)
2) Prior to that event six months ago, Dictator Don had so thoroughly brainwashed his cult following against vaccines (and masking, and social distancing) that those nearly 50% of all Americans continue to staunchly oppose any pandemic safety policy
3) In fact, Dictator Don has so thoroughly brainwashed his cult followers that somewhere around half of that group continues to have sincere and deeply held belief that there is no Covid virus

Except that they’d have to accept vaccines from the UN or China, which they’ve been loath to do, along with antiviral drugs, test kits, etc.
