Thinking outside the box I might say that on the contrary to the ambiguous status of the famous “Schrödinger’s cat”, Jon’s idiocy is a stable and cristal clear fact…

On my last flat move, I had to make room by building a box fort……. That’s my excuse, and I’m sticking to it……

Liz just got surprised by this crazy person known as Jon.

All of my cats love jumping into boxes and paper shopping bags.

Liz just keeps repeating to herself.. “If he’s like this while in a relationship I’m too frightened of how psychotic he would be if I left him to do anything about improving my life.”

It’s probably a Lizard Brain instinct. Most kids enjoy building forts and tunnelling in snow banks.

IS THERE SOMETHING FASCINATING ABOUT THAT BOX? I NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY A CAT WOULD FIND A BOX VERY FASCINATING.

Oh no! Jon’s stuck in a box, we’ll have to call 911.

It gives them a sense of protection. A cat will even lie down on an empty floor, on a square marked with masking tape.

It could be worse. He could be using the litterbox.

Well, that’s one way to find out. Although, it looks kinda painful to be contorted like that.

If it’s big enough to go fetal, blanket over the top proving diffused ambient lighting that’s easily ducked. Cat’s got a point. Feed me by i.v. & call back in 9 months.

As a kid we always loved when someone in the neighborhood got a new stove or refrigerator, because they came in boxes back then. Stove boxes were nice, but a refrigerator box. OMG we had a fort or a spaceship big enough for the whole gang until the rains came along and it melted. Such simple fun.

And cue Jon getting stuck in the box, unable to get out.

Jon is going to need a chiropractor…

Reminds me of an episode of Star Trek Lower Decks. Tendi and Beckett go on a mission to retrieve a “mating object” for the felinoid doctor of the ship. All sorts of calamity ensues and the valuable mating object is broken and they are terrified to tell the doctor. Turns out the felinoid doctor didn’t care about the mating object. SHE JUST WANTED THE BOX!
