How can someone not notice being kicked like that?

He does notice. He just knows you hate it so does it on purpose.

or…that part of his anatomy is so used to it that it built a resistance like if you use a special part of your hands the skin adapts.

I’m only ignoring you, Garfield!

Odie seems to be enjoying it all. In the last panel he seems to be saying, “Do it again. That was fun.”

I think that Odie doesn’t care anymore if he gets kicked. He is used to it.

Garfield is such a bully to Odie, but Odie shows he’s the better animal.

When was the last time Garfield kicked Odie

Funny part is, both Garf and Odie are getting a kick out of this!

A reboot of one of my favorite comics.

At least Odie doesn’t mind it.

It makes me wonder if Odie is ignoring Garfield or is just too stupid to notice?

The funny Garfield comics were there during the 80s, 90s, 2000’s. Now the humor went from funny to non-existent nowadays

I think after roughly 44 years, (Odie hasn’t had his 44th yet) Odie’s just grown used to it. I remember Garfield tweeted an animated version of this strip a while ago.

Odie never seemed to care about Garfield kicking him.
