Irma finally returns

When’s the next semi-annual?

Where the food will taste like food and not the fryer they were cooked in.

Just when the flavor was getting perfect.

Fries cooked in fresh grease, nice.

I would not go into that diner even if you paid me.

Knowing what this place is like, I’m surprised they change it this often.

Who is worse, this one or Lou’s on Blondie?

I hope there’s a special to commemorate this occasion!

Come back in a couple of months, boys. You just can’t get that taste with fresh grease! :D

At least it wasn’t something like hair in the soup or some bug in the food. There is something fun that happens every time when Jon and Garfield go to the Diner.

I was beginning to wonder what had happened to Irma, glad to see Jon and Garfield are still enjoying her…unique food offerings

Are they at the diner to eat the first food cooked in the new grease, or the last food cooked in the old grease?

I wonder if Jon has ever taken Liz to this diner.

The fryer grease is probably moldy.

Wow I did not know they ever changed the grease at Irma’s diner? No! they can’t do that because then you can taste how Bad food is.

When I owned a chicken restaurant, a group of KofC men would come by every year and ask me to sell them 10 gallons of used oil for their fish fry. Apparently, the fish was so strong they couldn’t use it for anything else, anyway.

but…what happens to the extra taste?

I hope they’re recycling it into biodiesel fuel. The odor is almost pleasant.

I’m fairly sure I’ve eaten there…Botulism Buffet?

How has Irma’s Diner not gotten shut down for health violations?

It’s nice to see Irma again. It’s been a while, a year at least.

There are two places in town well-known for their burgers, cooked over charcoal on the original, 80 y/o grills. I don’t know about their fryer grease, but rumor has it that the grills have never been cleaned. That’s where the great flavor comes from.

Must really lock in the flavor that way

Freshly changed grease? I never get that in street food around these parts, so I relate with this.

So, Bland food today.

I must know the name of this restaurant/diner/dive so I can avoid it at all costs!
