I still don’t understand the concept. Do they drive to schools and bribe kids with ice cream now while they do the typical Police Public Safety demos?
I don’t think an ice cream truck with the word “police” on it will prevent people from finding out it’s you.
It’s been a while since the Police Reform Class has been mentioned…
