American Exceptionalism was just denial of our fear of “liberty and justice for all”. The nation has never behaved like they support “liberty and justice for all”, if that means white people are merely equal citizens with all the other citizens.
Look, I get it. I regret the loss of all life, black, white, Asian, Hispanic. Doesn’t matter. All life is sacred (John 20:31). I will say that there is no real solution to racism, and judgement. It is in who we are, we are all sinners.
If there would have been any more shootings, it would have just been another B on B weekend. Just reading the above comments, proves the trees are full of nuts. I guess only B’s beees mentally ill?
Someone has to tell the NRA to get stuffed and then both sides agree, and carry through, meaningful, non-weasel gun legislation before your country declares war on itself. It worked here in Australia
