Choice is also an illusion, unless you make a choice of what your nature will be. Your nature will determine the choices according to environment and known conditions in the moment. As you approach a branching of the time line, your course is already set by your own default settings. Hold down the Idiot key, while pressing the I key to bring up the menu for changing your default settings.
I often felt disappeared growing up, since I was just a face in a Catholic crowd. Too bad I didn’t know the song “Mr. Cellophane.” It would have helped me through some tough spots.
Invisible is the life story of a lot of people. They could be there, in a crowded room but nobody knows their name or even acknowledges their existence. When they speak, nobody responds. When they want to join in the conversation, their words are drowned out by the others interrupting…..no respect…..so back to their safe place…and resuming their life as an introvert…..aaaaah! Peace and quiet……

Only Delta Dawn knows. https://tinyurl.com/y33x4mzc
Or, maybe, we fade to grey (from Sister’s era, more or less). https://tinyurl.com/5dndesee
We’d really rather not deal with the desaparecidos….

Most human choices are made from animal instinct, which we pretend we don’t have.
