I figure it’s not such a bad thing. I’ve seen the men from these countries – at Jones Beach – in their Speedos (yuck) – and covered with thick black hair – back, front, legs. I reckon their women are similarly hirsute, so covering them with a tarp is not so bad.
This is obviously part of the “agreement” made for US withdrawal from Afghanistan with the Taliban and the previous US presidential administration. For Afghani females here is the new boss, same as the old boss.
