The horror movie for [insert species here] is another of the great themes Mark Parisi has found he can exploit. Love the guy second in from bottom right. He just can’t bear to watch.

It’s pretty ruff being a dog.

What do evil spirits say on Friday the 13th? Voorhees a jolly good fellow.

No! Not a bath! Anything but a bath!

Rub a dub dub. here’s comes the big scary tub.

What we don’t get in a printed comic like this is the scary music that’s playing…

We had one dog that loved water. He would “attack” the water sprinkler on the lawn.

Most of our other dogs prefer showers: easier for us and for them.

And yes, you can buy a bassinet of sorts into which up to a medium sized dog will fit. It keeps you from bending over so much and if you put the legs on, you don’t have to bend over at all. This device comes in handy when you have a bad back and a dog that would make a skunk back off if she were not bathed every week.

Time for his bath…

There’s only one thing dogs fear more than baths…being neutered!

I can see the sequel now… The bathtub will be the terrorized one when the dog doesn’t want to get out.  At least that was what happened when we gave our Basset hound his baths.  He fought like the dickens when we put him in the tub and then he decided he liked it and would fight to stay in.  EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

Is this gonna be the shower scene from Psycho?

Don’t you just hate it when bath tubs are free range.

Is that why they call then CLAW tubs ?

That tub is creepy, with it’s little clawed feet. Like an enamelled Komodo dragon.
