What? The sun also rises?

JJ is playing a lot of angles this week.

It may be without wine but there will be whine.

“…without wine!”? Let her sleep or your sunrise is spoiled by a lot of whine.

Wifey enjoys sunrises from our balcony on a cruise ship.

You have to get there at least 30 minutes prior to see the color changes

Arlo is an adorable smart aleck.

In my experience, sunrise is best enjoyed at the end of the day.

The Mrs. likes to sleep in. But the cats do not. I feed them their first breakfasts, take care of them and stuff. And then the Siameses climb the stairs and wake her up.

The morning after the night before? ;^ )

My wife says “Who came into our house and photocopied us?”

My wife has a framed needlepoint on her dresser that reads, “If God had wanted us to see the sunrise, He’d have scheduled it later in the day.”

Sunsets are more interesting (also depressing) all the crap in the atmosphere makes beautiful colors and patterns on the clouds.

She is sleeping off the wine!

I love sunrises! … And then I go to bed.

That is me, my wife is up at 6 all smiley and talkative. I want to sleep for 3 more hours.

I wouldn’t mind sunrises so much if they were not so early in the day.

This is what I’m talking about: odd pairings.

Stimulating coffee paired with invigorating sunrise.

Relaxing wine with calming sunset.

People! We’re strange!

Nothing like a little murder to start the day.

Wake me early like that, and you’ll be wearing that coffee.

I have always loved sunrises – but firmly believe they should be viewed at the end of your day.

“So…. without the good parts?”

I prefer sunsets as well.

There’s something about the light at sunrise… that seems off. Sunset’s nice, but there’s something sinister about early morning light, I can’t explain it.

Not my wife. Her idea of getting up early is before noon.

No wine, BUT COFFEE!!!

I don’t even want to contemplate what would happen to me (in 2-3 hours) if I were to try this on my wife!!

Sunrise. Supposed to be good. Remind me to TiVo it.

What everyone is missing here is the sound of sunrise. If you just sit and listen to the quiet, all you hear are the birds waking up, expressing the joy of another day. The sunset has nice colors, but it doesn’t have the same sounds of a sunrise.

Grounds for Divorce and Alimony.

Generally the sun is rising – more or less depending the time of year – when I am falling asleep. No reason to get up early – so sleep in until lunch time and we eat lunch around 2 pm. This has been the good part of the pandemic – I have always been a night person and now there is no reason to have to wake up early.

Only sunsets matter!
