Let’s see, Republicans are passing oppressive laws on the population of their states and you are worried about fuel prices.
I’m more worried about legislators that want to impose death penalties on women and girls for having abortions, which have been settled law and legal for over 50 years. Along with voter suppression laws, some that go so far to allow the current Republican governors to overturn election results they don’t like. Much more important than the price of fuel.
I’m never sure what is most important to the right: Having more money, or legislating other people’s sex lives. It certainly is not democracy, or making sacrifices to keep it alive here or elsewhere.
What does that even mean? “Hurt Working Americans financially” It’s just nonsense. There is no context. No evidence. We’re just supposed to know what he means?
Is he talking about taxes? Do we REALLY need to have a discussion about why we pay taxes, that taxes are an investment in our community? Yeah, yeah, I know. He’s just going to start making false claims about tax money going to “those people”.
Is he talking about gas prices? Does he really think that Democrats have the power to raise and lower gas prices? He’s not really THAT stupid, is he?
Is he talking about, what, unemployment? Probably not. He did say Working Americans.
Is he talking about inflation? Again, does he truly think that the Democrats are so powerful that they can affect inflation in America? And that they CHOOSE to increase inflation?
Is he talking about low wages? That’s not Democrats, Sunny Boy. That’s Republicans.
Sun, if you’re going to take the time to post, at least post something more than some kind of out of context bullet comment that you heard Tucker Carlson use.
If you don’t like the current cost of gas, write to your congress person and ask them to do something about profiteering and price-gouging. Of course, if you’re a Republican you won’t do that, because big oil subsidizes your political careers.
The oil companies learned long ago: You wanna drive? Don’t screw with us. It’s the message their executives have made plain every time they are called before Congress to explain themselves.
If oil prices were our worst problem….but it’s nowhere close. Still, a good way to rile up the masses and keep them outraged. Outrage, deserved or not, creates angry and stimulated voters. Thanks, Mr. Kelley, for your long-time participation in the Outrage Machine.
This is 100% on Biden. His energy policies have killed us all at the pump. We were energy independent, but now he’s begging for oil from dictators around the globe, but libs, keep defending him. The longer he’s in office the more independents disapprove of him, and that’s all we need.

If you want cheap gas, SKelley, you can always go to Venezuela, Libya, or Iran.
The US is in the lower middle ranking of global gas prices.
