The lovebirds seem to be getting along extremely well, Matt having transported Dot back in time.

I’m a little disturbed that she thinks of Matt as Tonsils returned from the dead, but I suppose if he makes her happy, why not? It’s a second chance at love. They say that opportunity only knocks once, but this may be an exception.

The question is, how long will this happiness last with Coffyhead waiting in the wings?

Holy “Vertigo,” Batman! ✨

Not healthy.

He is not Tonsils.

He is an impersonator.

Moreover, by wooing her as „Tonsils“, he is being totally dishonest with her.

Bring on the barracuda – this arc has jumped the shark!

I feel like a sucker for having high expectations for the strip!

Man !  Is she in for HUGE letdown. My prediction is Matt (Tonsils) wont end up dead because Tracy, or even Sam, will pull his bacon off the spit at the last minute.

Panel 3 well presented!

Call it a hunch, but I have a feeling the story is setting itself up for Tonsils to get killed by Coffyhead.

“Deja vu. Could you be the dream that I once knew?”

And this don’t look creepy or totally wrong at all…

That woman needs therapy to get over the dead boyfriend. This is really messed up!

OHoh. Sounds as if SOMEone is a little unstable. Better double count the silverware on those dinner dates.

Dot, with Coffyhead wanting to have a few “words” with Matt, that sense of Deja Vu, will only increase.

Could someone explain to me how Dot hasn’t aged a day in seventy years but Little Wingy has grown into adulthood?

Does it disturb anyone that Matt was a drug distributor, who has apparently not paid any penalty for his crimes?

Dot should be asking herself, “Gee, how did this story end last time?”

Not Tonsils – remember, lady? (Uh-oh…)

Matt is going to get a lot of mileage out of his Tonsil’s characterization. He’s going to get the girl. Only thing is that she is enchanted with Tonsils but does not know Matt.

Shazam and golly, how can Matt compete with a ghost?

He’s NOT Tonsils. And WHAT the heck is with his EYE?!

1-ASTRO: Remember when you got your hair burned off and they had to put you in a coma to recover?

2-DOT DASH: No. I was in a coma, dummy.

3-*ASTRO: Exactly. Well you gave birth while in a coma – to me – MOM.

DOT: I did? Who’s the father?

ASTRO: Sheesh, what a dummy TONSILS, Mom, TONSILS WAS THE FATHER!

DOT: No wonder I find you so appealing!

I’d like to see a crossover with Norbert the Narc dropping by to visit on professional business…

Uh oh, I wonder if some influencer narcotics are in play here. (Other than human hormones that is.)

I fear dear Dot is having a hard time keeping a grasp on reality, “thanks” to Matt McCullar and his impersonation of the late Tonsils, on whom Dot seems to have a permanent crush, even though she knows he is dead. Dissociate much?

I fear this Romeo and Juliet Redux is headed for a Coffyhead tragic outcome. Matt murdered, Dot driven to despair. She becomes a Crazy Cat Lady and gives up her lucrative TV gig….

Why “the eye”?

It’s genetic.We’re looking at “Son Of Tonsils”.

We never found out what the original’s real name was,either!
