It is so hard to find new young staff that wants to work hard and look good.

Death is a reaper of those dying not the killer. As a psychopomp it is a conveyor not slayer.

Have you ever seen the Grim Reaper actually swing his scythe (or other weapon) in any depiction?

Dang! We lose more waiters that way!…
