The quotation marks, as I read it, indicate this was something someone actually said, or they are to indicate that what is within the quotes is not a real thing. So… Who used those words exactly (hence the quotes)? Or is Al admitting that the phrase is a skewing of what CRT really is?

This cartoon makes no sense.

Our history or certain parts of history is very brutal, we must educate our kid at a certain age what that brutality was and how it effects us to this day.

CRT doesn’t teach that any race is superior or inferior. It is a criticla study of how one race has tried exceptionally hard to make itself superior at the expense of others — and it’s still doing it today. The woman on the right is an example of it. She has been successfully taught the lie that fighting racism is actually endorsing racism.
