Last I heard, Canada was in one of the Americas.

Then you’d have to put up with Canadian idol.

We don’t want any mouthy birds here in Canada. We’ll throw you back over the border.

I’m satying out of this argument.

I think the appropriate reply is “flying” to Canada, bird!
