If you’re looking for criminals, try Mar-a-Lago and the RNC.

(๑❛ᴗ❛๑) can misconstrue anything if it feeds white supremacy.

he/she/it is far into the right-hand gutter that it believes that anything on the roadway is far left.

Meanwhile back in NYC; as long as the robber didn’t cause ‘serious’ injury or pose an ‘genuine’ threat of physical harm, his crime is now merely a misdemeanor according to the new Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg. I just hope Mayor Adams overrules such misguided principles.

This is obviously Bok’s way of reprimanding how the NYC Prosecutors office has allowed Trump and company to abuse New Yorkers for years without coming out and saying such and getting in trouble with the conservatives.

Trump has had a lot to say about the Fifth Amendment in the past. “You see the mob takes the Fifth,” he said. “If you’re innocent, why are you taking the fifth?"

Newt Gingrich complaint came 1 day before deadline for his longtime aide to comply with Jan. 6 committee

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-GA) blasted Congress one day before a longtime aide was required to turn over documents to the House Select Committee to Investigate the Jan. 6 Attack on the U.S. Capitol.

“Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich’s controversial weekend comment that the House January 6 Committee investigators could face jail time themselves if Republicans take over Congress came about two weeks after the panel subpoenaed his longtime former aide who also co-authored a book with him,” Business Insider reported Tuesday.

The select committee gave Ross Worthington until Jan. 24 to turn over documents and scheduled him for a Feb. 2 deposition.

Trump failed to sign a key military order — and Jan. 6 investigators want to know why

“The EO suggests that a group of people was hard at work on plans to use the Pentagon to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power. It took high-level insight to craft those plans and potentially put people in place to implement them. If evidence confirms a conspiracy, those involved, however high up, merit prosecution,” Vance wrote. “The truth cannot stay covered up.”

‘As corrupt as it comes’: Damning evidence puts Trump at risk in quickly moving criminal investigation

“The investigation into whether or not President Trump tried to overturn his defeat in that state — spoiler alert, he did, so I think we got that,” said panelist Jonathan Lemire. “That phone call obviously is going to be the center of this. He hits the specific vote total that he needed to overturn the result, he’s leaning on a fellow Republican, secretary of state Brad Raffensperger, there. A lot of legal experts have suggested that this case poses more legal peril to him than some of the others circulating, those in New York, there’s an indication Washington, D.C. might investigate his words leading up to the insurrection.”

“This is something to watch carefully,” he added. “The next step will be subpoenas, whether or not Trump himself or those around him, some of the aides in the White House that day, including Mark Meadows, maybe they will get them, will they be forced to testify? That we will find out in the spring.”

Man accused in Whitmer kidnap plot fantasized about hog-tying Michigan governor, feds say

A ringleader of an alleged plot to kidnap and kill Gov. Gretchen Whitmer fantasized about hog-tying her and displaying her body on a table, according to federal prosecutors. The new allegation, along with explicit talk about executing Whitmer’s bodyguards and taking hostages in a “wartime” attack, emerged in a court filing as prosecutors tried to rebut a defense claim that five men accused in the kidnap plot were entrapped by FBI informants and undercover agents. While opposing a defense request to dismiss the criminal case, prosecutors revealed new details.

Big city reds are killing their citizens with revolving door for criminals and refusing to prosecute criminals. I’ve got mixed feelings about this. On one hand it’s like you all voted for your political incompetents so you’re getting what you deserve. On the other hand it’s the non voting segment of the populace that seems to be getting the brunt of the violence, mayhem and murders. There’s the pie in the sky leftists and ideological upscale Marxists who are voting these out of touch politicians, DAs and other city managers into office who are allowing predators to savage the lower income populace.
