From out here, what I see is that the medical folk are too tired to truly appreciate it. What they REALLY WISH is that the covidiots had already gotten their jabs so they wouldn’t (mostly) be in the hospital at all. They’re trained for the occasional sprint, not this TWO YEAR LONG ultra-marathon… with occasional moments when it looks like the end is in sight before the universe moves the finish line. AGAIN!

I think most medicals workers would appreciate a fully vaccinated citizenry. They deserve that consideration.

I think that many doctors and nurses would rather have too much free time.

The only thing harder than watching someone you are taking care of die is knowing that their death might have been easily prevented.

I feel that those anti-vaxxers shouldn’t be admitted to hospitals at all. Save the beds for anyone else who needs them.

There are still FluKluxKlannners who will deny the virus is real, curse the masks and shots, and even those who are caring for them, even as they die from COVID. No, I don’t have any sympathy for those fools, especially if they’ve been trying hard to convince others to deny the existence of the virus and to not get vaccinated.

In Florida, and many other states, fully 30% of health care workers are not vaccinated. In Florida, it was closer to 40%. Go figure.

We need our health care workers to be cared for as well, lest we lose them.

It’s a very nice tribute for a reversed point of view.

Leave the critical hospital space for those that cared enough to get vaccinated or who were truly unable to get vaccines.

I cannot say anti-vaxers are undeserving of treatment. However, perhaps they should be asked upon admittance what treatment(s) they’d recommend for themselves since they know so much more about medicine, science, and virology than the caregivers they are coming to for treatment. /s

This is the most heartless statement, and it saddens me every time I read or hear it. Have we really become so selfish and hateful that we would purposely want people to suffer and die because they didn’t take a vaccination. Perhaps they have a health issue that precludes them from doing so, we have no idea why they don’t want one. I certainly hope you are never in a position where someone that disagrees with your choices has a say about your future. Let’s be kind to each other.

I was scheduled for surgery in February in hopes of making my life more livable. But it’s been cancelled because the hospitals here are overflowing with COVID patients and the staff is gutted from cases of their own. So they’ve curtailed surgery cases, including mine. So I am continuing to suffer because so many people are too selfish to be inconvenienced by public-health concerns, and choose be part of the problem instead of part of the solution.

Those anti-vaxers are doing their very best to provide employment.. heck even to the point of giving up their lives. The Medical and Funeral services thank you.

I’m going to guess the patient isn’t an antivaxxer and is in the ICU for something other than Covid.

The antivaxxers tend not to be that nice to the nurses and doctors trying to keep them alive. Especially, if they don’t give them Ivermectin or whatever other snake oil remedy is being touted to them on RWNJ websites.
