Most jobs created in the first year of a presidential term. Lowest unemployment rate in many years. Rolled out vaccinations to tens of millions of people. Stimulated the economy and got people and businesses needed relief during the pandemic. All of this (and more) while Republicans worked feverishly to block every initiative at every turn.
