Usually Rita is a clueless and pathetic creature somewhat deserving of some sympathy because of that, but she’s being a “bad boss” today (I was going to use another “b word” but that’s overused too much these days, and probably inappropriate here anyway). Unfortunately too many companies and agencies (or their management) don’t really care about employee morale!
