I used to watch the squirrels bury food all summer long, and then I wondered how they could remember where they buried it since they move so fast and go all over the place. I looked it up. They don’t need to remember. They just share. Any squirrel who finds the food in the winter can dig it up and eat it. Humans would starve with those rules.
