He’s getting ready to conjure up a tornado like the one that brought Dotty to Oz.

Wiz is streaming a ruler who will be eating cake then getting a trim off the top

More like a stream of random, unrelated objects!

All those things are nice Wiz. But where are the dancing girls?

Eh? Me not gets this.

Someone still had a Christmas tree up?

Here is what I think the Wizard is thinking about:

The King (“small” ruler) is coming over (traffic light, and buggy) for entertainment (piano) and dessert (cake and fork). Before the king arrives Wizard needs a haircut (barber pole), and throw out/put away his xmas decorations (tree)

Dopey Joe has a stream of unconsciousness.
