Something I find helpful is to remember “this is how it is right now , but if I give this feeling the space it needs, it will pass when it has run its course.”
I feel ya Chuck, and that waiting period can be dangerous for me. So easy to try and deny it when life demands much of you.
Just hope there’s not a waterfall ahead.
