If you’d look at the plants and flowers in my house you’d have no doubt that they are, indeed, dead.

It’s a very, very, slow death indeed with them clinging to hope on the barest of threads. Bwa ha ha ha ha……

Now if they had ghosts that only you can see and hear, you’d have a new hit TV show! (And if you can get the original BBC version, even better!)

Well, that took a dark turn…

“Zombie” tulips: Tulipa ‘Zombie’ is a Fosteriana tulip, originally a wild species from the mountainous areas of Central Asia. The wild species is apparently no longer in cultivation, however ‘Zombie’ is a rather lovely cultivar with large flowers and glaucous-blue leaves. How lovely is this tulip? To my mind it’s a flower of two halves (from frustratedgardener.com)
