I feed a squirrel an ear of dry corn every morning at 8:00 A M , if I was late he would start screaming. I feel guilty because I feel I did him a real disservice in the long run, man was he ever fat by the spring.

My brother set a sunflower head on the birdfeeder platform. A bluejay came by, fought everyone off, and ate so much he couldn’t fly for several hours.
