Ol’ Al isn’t all that good at fake sincerity… but he’s even worse at sarcasm. Oh well… I only come here to complain (as any of the rong wing common taters will tell you)
Since the president doesn’t have any control over gas prices, this just shows what a dumba$$ you, and your MAGAt buddies, are.
Why don’t you blame the gas distributors who set the the price at the pump? They’re setting the prices based on supply and demand. But then, that would be criticizing free enterprise.
Of course, it’s called supply and demand. Government has little to do with a capitalistic economy — duh! Check on the crony capitalists and their gouging.
Actually a 20¢/gallon drop in my area, and Biden should get as much credit for that as he should blame for a rise. Funny how market-worshipping conservatives ignore markets.
People are comparing 2021 gas prices to 2020 gas prices when the economy was in a covid lockdown and fewer people driving and demand was way down. Better comparison prices in 2018 (from Ballotpedia)“As of Aug. 7, 2018, the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline ranged from $2.57 (Mississippi) to $3.77 (Hawaii). As of Aug. 7, 2018, average gasoline prices per gallon equaled or exceeded $3.00 in 11 states and Washington, D.C.The national average for a gallon of regular gasoline on Aug. 7, 2018, was $2.86.”
We must thank Biden for a drop in gas prices. Just wondering how he pulled it off so the refinery/gas chain in Regina, processing Canadian crude can justify the reduction without POTUS’s intervention.
When will CNN fire Don Lemon? It’s obvious that stupidity and hackery aren’t enough to get him canned, but how about pretending to be a journalist? How about tipping off Juicy Smollett that the cops weren’t buying his BS? Or how about the sexual assault charges?
TFG would always support the Saudis and I heard Biden is even going to Venezuela to bring in crude on ships burning bunker oil and polluting more than the cars. Maybe declining cheap and surprisingly low emission oil from Canada transported by safe environmentally friendly pipelines was a big mistake!

Biden has been done better than Trump on everything in his first 10 months. The difference in reporting has been glaring.
President Biden could lead the world to peace for the first time ever and the media would be talking about why that was a bad thing for Biden to do.

I remember some years ago when gas prices were $4.98 a gallon and the average wage was noticeably lower.

When will people figure out that 80%+ of cable news is opinion designed to reinforce your beliefs or piss you off. Anger sells a lot of “soap.”
