The North Pole is a discontinuity. It’s immune to the rest of the world’s issues.

So, now low unemployment is bad? So far, I haven’t had any trouble getting anything I needed to get.

Maybe Santa should have a network of warehouses as Amazon has … or does he already? With so many Boomer elves retiring, maybe Santa needs more automation?

Recent article stated that Mall-Wart, Costco, Target and others have had no issues getting their Christmas stock in.

So, the whole “Biden Cancelled Christmas” B.S. being spread by Hannity, Carlson, and others is just MORE Qpublican garbage being used to scare low intelligence people.

The 2017 corporate tax cuts resulted in companies buying back stock, just like their CEOs said they would. Companies could deduct the cost of private planes, even if it was just for leases so you can’t even try the excuse of “creating jobs”. They didn’t invest in their companies or their employees (benefits, training, living wage) like companies did when they needed to lower their taxable amount when the rates were higher.

Are there U.S. factories that still make things like toys? If there are, we need to look at how they treat their employees. Most of the “labor shortage” is a result of the ever-increasing income inequality along with companies treating their employees like a liability or cost instead of as assets.

When Covid hit, companies stopped buying materials and products. Now that sales have risen without any backup supplies, prices have gone up; basic rule in economics. Many companies are using inflation as an excuse to raise prices far beyond what the need to cover their costs and make a profit. Gas prices went up immediately even though the gas was purchased at a lower price. Execs that whine about raising the minimum wage have said they will raise prices to meet the FINAL minimum wage + extra profit in the first year despite the minimum wage rates are all being done gradually.
