For nearly a hundred years, the Democratic Party has been responsible for virtually every major improvement in the daily lives of Americans:

Social Security

the minimum wage

the 40-hour workweek

overtime pay

Medicare

civil rights

affordable health care

and much more

At one time, repugs vehemently opposed every one of those ideas. Now we can’t imagine living without them.

Today, Democrats are the only party offering real solutions for making people’s lives better and alleviating hardship. repugs have no ideas left, just absurd scaremongering, name-calling, and culture wars.

Biden did something lying Trump and the anti democracy republicans were unable to do for 4 years.

Historic? Is that supposed to be a joke? The bill has been watered down to an afterthought. Meanwhile the Pentagon budget just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Pennies to feed women and children. Truckloads of cash to blow up women and children.

yeah its probably a historic amount of pork and wasteful spending . . .and just like TARP it was done in a gimmicky end run around the constitution, which says these kind of bill are supposed to originate in the house.

throwing this much money at infrastructure is likely to result in even more shoddy construction than we typically get.

and the government should not be involved at all in a broadband subsidy.

I’ve already heard about GQP congress-critters who voted against the bill taking credit for what it’s going to bring to their districts/states.

How dumb ARE voters, anyway?

Joe! C’mon man. If the GOPQ effectively can take credit after doing nothing or actively obstructing then surely the Dems can get the truth out there.

IT IS JUST BASIC MARKETING.

The credit might be showing up faster if the Qpubs would quit pissing on everything Biden does and then often claiming credit for it.
