Documents Expose ‘Staggering Pattern of Political Interference’ in Trump’s Covid-19 Response | “Top elected officials preferred to keep Americans in the dark and set policy based on political considerations, not science” – commondreams.org

tRump and his cronies murdered hundreds of thousands of Americans with their actions. These actions have also hurt the economy more than it needed to. These actions have left millions of American’s health, both physical and mental, in a state they may never recover from.

And all of that for personal gain.

They threw the entire country under the bus, and this piece of shit is STILL a contender for 2024?!

The GQP is a epidemic contagion.

I see. Joe Biden is personally responsible for COVID rates of infection (which by the way are spiking in Europe right now) and for the economy (again, inflation is a global phenomenon caused by the pandemic and disruptions to the supply chain).

Is this supposed to mean that COVID-19 is Biden’s fault? A pandemic that started long before he was elected President?

Do newspapers seriously pay money for this?

Gorrell and the GOP are completely fine with their audience dying of Covid as long as it makes Joe Biden look bad.

The people keeping this pandemic going are on your side.

You can’t spend months downplaying the virus, telling people it’s fine not to wear masks, that they shouldn’t trust Dr. Fauci, and that ‘the vaccine is great, but you totally have the freedom not to get it, and how dare businesses, concert venues, theaters, restaurants ask for proof of vaccination!’ and then blame Joe Biden for Covid still spreading in the US.

Republigoon Bob Gorrell and every Trump supporter ignore some very important facts. Like the fact that in late December 2019 – January 2020 Trump knew about Covid – 19 and how bad it was going to be and he did nothing about it.

    https://www.factcheck.org/2020/10/timeline-of-trumps-covid-19-comments/

The also ignore the fact that Trump admitted that he did the opposite of what the experts, who know a hell of a lot more about COVID – 19 than he does, suggested.

    https://www.deseret.com/coronavirus/2021/9/27/22696336/trump-dr-fauci-comments

They also ignore the fact that Trump admitted that he lied about how bad Covid – 19 was to the American public.

    https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/trump-admitted-deliberately-played-coronavirus-threat-reports/story?id=72904348

COVID – 19 is in no way President Biden’s fault. He inherited this mess from incompetent President before him. Goodnight and Good luck.

I always appreciate a well documented and rational political statement. It would have been nice to see one by Gorrell. Nice but HIGHLY improbable.

Puppet Biden has got to be the worst President, will at least the third worst. Malaise Carter would be first, then ‘Lost All Hope, Need Pocket Change’ Obama would be second.

I’m going to assume that he is comparing Biden to a virus, not in relation to Covid. The reality of course is that the true cancer in our country are the right wing conservatives. And as with cancer, we have seen that leaving even one leads to more infection spreading.

As a professional political cartoonist, one would think that Gorrell could tell the difference between hyperbole and idiocy…it’s not a fine line.

Yes Bob You think we need to re-elect the Traitor.

Trump has convinced 40 % of Americans that the election was stolen.
