    I thought this was just the “adult” entertainment that children are not supposed to see.

    Flo is correct, to an extent!

    Besides Andy, those adults pay for their beers!

    It’s BECAUSE of those adults that children can’t be there!

    I mentioned in another comic the other day a sandwich board sign I saw online somewhere for a pub that said, “Americans must be accompanied by an adult.” Being one, I got a chuckle.

    When I first looked at it I thought the sign said “BPM” and thought it was just another of a long list of abbreviated terms I had missed out on. LOL :)

    Should be no childish elderly layabouts allowed after 6 pm.

    Sadly, I remember many times going to the bar “looking” for my alcoholic “father” and a few when he actually took us with him. Not a good example for children, 2 of the 3 also are alcoholic I at least learned the lesson he wasn’t teaching.

    The sign should apply to the local neighborhood since it appears the bar brawls end up in the street.

    Some people get older, others just get less mature.

    1 million percent true! As a kid, I had to wait outside the betting shop while my Dad went in to put a bet on. No under 18’s allowed inside you see.

    @Afficionado

    Hey, Affie.

    Well I didn’t win at bingo today but my Auntie did. She won £100 and she split it with me. So I came away with £50! Whoo hoo! I did have to split £430 with her after all. So it’s only fair.

    It’s very cold here and rather windy. But nothing is going to prevent me from going to the city tomorrow. It can be hailstoning and I’ll still go.

    Enjoy your favourite nosh today, pal. I’m having mine as well. Stay safe, stay well and stay happy. See you after the weekend.
