What is Christmas REALLY about?
This year we again celebrate the true meaning of Christmas — buying a bunch of stuff TV tells us we want,
With a little luck, Black Friday will a little less unbearable this year
It’s like a giant Jenga game.
No idea whose face that suppose to be
Yeah, because Christmas is all about the stuff.
Homemade, personal gifts are much better than store bought junk anyway. maybe learn a new skill, or hobby. Win-win.
As an Atheist it amuses me when “Christians” bemoan their inability to participate in crass commercialism for Christmas.
That “just in time” concept only works when there are no pandemics that disrupt the flow. Gonna take a while to get back up to speed.
California won`t let private contractor truckers to operate anymore. California caused most of the problem. They won`t admit it but they did.
While the cargo ships waiting to unload at LA/LB the port of Oakland is close to empty. The port of Seattle can use a bit more business as well.

Only for people who feel that the spirit of Christmas is based upon buying and giving items that are made overseas…
Private manufacturers using private commercial carriers into privately owned ports needing private commercial truckers to get goods into privately owned stores.
Christmas has gotten too dam commercialized. People have forgotten the real meaning of the season.
Everyone is looking at the ships loaded with containers. Very few are looking at the trucks blocking streets waiting to be unloaded.
Is that a picture of Trump? Kind of looks like Nixon. On the other hand it does look like McConnell.
Umm, does anyone know whose face that is supposed to be on the containers? Or am I trying to read too much into the cartoon?
