‘WOKE’, much like ‘politically correct’, is simply having consideration for your fellow American.

Using derogatory, ethnic slurs, and vulgar terms against a group of people is not just ignorant bigotry, it is unAmerican. Fascists use those labels when ignorance based fear strikes them.

The market will decide if this was a good move by the comic. I’m sure there will be a rush to get first issue copies by collectors, but it will be the long term, maybe a year, to determine if the public buys it.

Um, Bob, you realize the the Bisexual Superman you and your fellow RWNJs are upset about isn’t the Clark Kent Superman but Jon Kent (the son Clark fathered with Lois Lane) and will inherit the mantle of Superman? I remember the concerns voiced by Dr. Wertham (in “Seduction of the Innocent”) and other books and articles about the unhealthy relationship between Batman and his young sidekick Robin. In fact, DC created the first Batwoman and Batgirl to show that the Dynamic Duo were red-blooded straights. This is just the same LGBTQ-phobic hoo ha. The design above looks nice though, would make a nice t-shirt.
