He and a lot of those who are attracted to his opinions are really hateful / hate filled people.

I think Tucker hates everyone.

They don’t even care enough about the fetus other than forcing a woman to carry it. If they did, they would pony up for prenatal care and hospital costs. We already know that if it’s born, it’s useless for their cause.

Tucker Carlson’s insulting attack on Pete Buttigieg

(CNN)Tucker Carlson’s crushing indifference to the realities of child-rearing is one of the more recent and extreme reminders of exactly why America needs paid paternity leave.

The Fox News anchor mocked Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg on Thursday for taking family leave to look after his newborn twins, saying that Buttigieg was: “Trying to figure out how to breastfeed. No word on how that went.” Buttigieg snapped back, pointing out Friday he has been “available 24/7 on issues that can’t wait” and arguing Sunday it is time for the US to join “pretty much every other country in the world” on paid family leave.

Carlson was perhaps the most insulting of the right-wing commentators who taunted Buttigieg for taking time off with his husband and new children, but he was far from alone. In addition to the obvious homophobia in some of these attacks, their toxic perpetuation of the antiquated idea time to bond with and care for one’s children is something “only” women should do only amplifies how right Buttigieg is that the United States remains pitifully out of step with the rest of the world on this issue.

In 2021, the United States is the only wealthy country in the world that does not offer a national paid parental leave program. For years, according to the Pew Research Center, a strong majority of Americans have supported access to paid parental and caregiving leave, with support on both sides of the political aisle.As the situation stands now, it’s largely up to private businesses to decide independently whether to offer paid leave, reinforcing a system that leaves most of the workforce behind, with minorities — who remain more likely to hold jobs in agriculture and lower-paying services — at a particular disadvantage.

After reading all these comments, it appears Tuckers biggest group of followers are all liberal. To be honest, the only time I ever hear his name is on the left leaning political cartoons, otherwise I would have no idea who he was. I must lead a sheltered life in that I never hear what all the “News” personalities have to say. I tend to place their opinions right up there with all the others in the entertainment industry as just made to promote themselves.

Tucker, like CNN’s Lemon, can be full of it a lot of times and their personal opinion rants can be mistakenly taken as the truth. Don’t accept it as such. It’s just entertainment.

Yes, but they are pleased to call fetuses (i.e., a developing embryo eight weeks after conception) “children”. Indeed, they are pleased to call a single-cell zygote “a child”, indeed a “human being”. Tucker Carlson’s Ugly Feud With Eric Swalwell Has Sucked in Family

After the Democratic lawmaker tweeted about Carlson’s son, who works for a GOP congressman, the Fox host has launched an all-out war.

Several days before Breitbart News ran a story alleging a sexual affair between Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell and a Chinese spy, the congressman’s top aide received an unusual email from a fellow Hill staffer.

It was Buckley Carlson, a communications director for up-and-coming Republican Rep. Jim Banks and son of Tucker Carlson, arguably the most powerful person in right-wing media and one of Swalwell’s biggest antagonists.

According to Swalwell communications director Jessica Gail, Buckley was reeling from the fact that the congressman had just days earlier referenced him in a tweet bashing his Fox News host father. As a consequence, Gail said, Buckley (not to be confused with Tucker’s brother Buckley Carlson) intimated to her that he was working with a news outlet to push a story on an alleged tryst between Swalwell, who is married with children, and a Chinese infiltrator.

Several days later, a Breitbart article featuring the allegations received extensive coverage on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News primetime program, including a photoshopped graphic of Swalwell in bed with the suspected spy.

The ordeal illustrated not only the way Carlson seemingly uses his massive media powers to attack personal rivals but also how a relatively unremarkable squabble between two political figures has escalated into an ugly personal feud involving the loved ones of both the Fox News host and the Bay Area Democrat.
