I gave up and just switched to smiling and nodding a while ago. I thought I’d found the perfect system…until I discovered that, when you do it over the phone, people just think you got cut off.

Extroverts don’t have a conversation with you. They just talk at you. I usually just walk away, and they keep on talking.
