    Happy day after Vagabonds

Happy Black Friday, uh, did the stock market fall again? (^.^)

I have never honored black Friday, well maybe if there was something that I knew would not be available after.

Looked at the temperature this morning, it was freezing, 32 that is and cloudy. Expected to be cloudy all day with a high of 36.

Weather is causing me to head out for groceries today so I will be headed to Wally World as well as the Price Chopper (grocery store). I get my milk at Wall-Mart (cheaper), also looking for a tarp to cover the snow blower and the DR trimmer this winter.

I assume you all have plenty of turkey left over for this weekend, turkey and biscuits or whatever. Yummy.

May God bless your day as He walks by your side along the way.

When I woke up, it was 39!!! It’s supposed to reach 52 today. How wonderful!

We had a grand time face timing the family. Great invention!

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Happy day after! With Black Friday shopping ruled out for me (permanently!), it’s a day for feeling laid back and enjoying a turkey sandwich. (And getting my nails done – good thing the salon isn’t in a mall!)

Yesterday turned out to be wonderful. The three of us had a good time and truly enjoyed each other’s company plus a great meal. This was the first Thanksgiving since Mike has been out and it was truly a blessed day. (It seems like he’s been out for a very long time, so much has happened. But it was only in mid-January.)

Speaking of Mike, he’s gotten himself a new job with better pay and in the field that he wants to build his career (graphic design). He starts on the first Monday in December and is really excited about it.

I finally completed another project that I started months ago. I got tired of the Command hooks falling off the wall, so I put up nails on which to hang our hats in the closet. It gets them off the shelves so things aren’t so crowded, and looks nice in the bargain. Not that we have so many hats, but we do have a few that are souvenirs that we want to display. I even put up a long nail to hang Michael’s wizard’s hat (about 18" tall – Renaissance Faire costume). As Mike put it, it’s high enough on the wall to not poke your eye out.

We’re looking at 63 again today. I know that sounds like a nice balmy day to most of us, but around here that’s winter.

Everyone have a safe and blessed day.
