Biden is actually (gasp) making some apparent progress. Not as fast as I want, not EXACTLY in the direction that I want, but progress. That has to feel wrong to all those folks who WISH he were incompetent, senile, stupid, etc. It’s good he’s not.

The only thing that Biden can build is the usual 10% that he gets from Hunter’s business deals.

the Hypocrites in the GOP only want to seem fiscally responsible when they are not in power otherwise they spend and cut taxes to run up deficits. There old God Reagan ran up huge deficits that’s why Bush had to raise taxes

From 2016, the Republicans had the presidency and both Houses of Congress. I’m amazed at the infrastructure bill they passed … /s.

Social Security payments see biggest increase in decades as cost of living spikes for Americans

Average retiree will receive $92 more a month to help with consumer price increases

Americans who receive social security payments from the federal government will get an almost six per cent increase in benefits from the beginning of 2022.

The Social Security Administration said on Wednesday that a 5.9 per cent increase in payments is required to counter the current spike in inflation caused by supply chain bottlenecks, labour shortages, and other Covid pandemic-related economic disruptions.

The larger checks will be sent to almost 70 million people, with most seeing the change in January. That includes social security recipients, disabled veterans, and federal retirees.

Due to a combination of incompetence and spite, the X-45 administration teed up a mess of stink bombs and booby traps prior to departure. The Biden administration is trying to deal with these problems with Trumpublicans hindering every action. Democrats have made mistakes, but at least they are trying. Republicans only want to get back in power and run the country into the ground while lining their pockets. They will say and do anything to achieve that end, and unfortunately there are a lot of Americans who believe their hooey. Have Republicans published any alternative proposals for governing the country? Nope.

LOL, Trump and his minions were never shy about claiming credit for the good things that Obama left them nor shy about blaming Obama for problems that they encountered… even years after Obama was gone,,,

50 Republicans stonewall any bipartisan (meaning the majority of Americans want these things) and yet it’s the Democrats fault? Spare me.

Brings the question, why do the Republicans want to destroy America. Oh, right, they love fascism and plan to sell America to Russia and China.
