The boss reminds me of some kids in the comics world, doing so much work to avoid doing work. He would be better off just doing what needed to be done. I would find it very hard to respect a supervisor who thinks this way.

I think the “RJ” in “RJ-17” stands for “Recalcitrant Jenkins”…
