What will the Presidential Puppet do know that one of his string handlers the “Head Geppetto” (Guess Who) has publicly stated that an Open Border is “Unsustainable” and Border Reform Is needed to fix a “Dysfunctional” system.
With a name like “Ramirez”, you would think you would be against deportation … unless you left your cray-cray wife in latin america, and she is coming for you …
The US used to be a destination of opportunity. Now it is a place full of hate and dissension, suspicion, and fear. Yet these people still try to come here. Does that say anything about where they’re coming from?
It is so sad to see so little empathy from so many people, much of it seeming intentional.
St. Ronnie himself signed a bill granting amnesty to illegal aliens. Look it up.
He also said, correctly, that without proper legal action to address immigration, this problem would continue to fester. Since then, majorities of both parties have just kicked the can.
A bipartisan immigration bill passed the Senate in 2013. Look it up if you don’t believe me. Then Ted Cruz went to the Republican delegation in the House and convinced them to vote against it. It was sent to the Judiciary Committee, whose chairman, Bob Goodlatte, put it in the secret compartment under his bottom desk drawer and tried to get everyone to forget about it. If asked, he would say that it would not be presented to the House as one bill, but as a bunch of separate issues. And not one of those separate issues was introduced, even to be discussed in subcommittee, let alone the full House. He has retired after “serving” 11 terms when promising in his first election to serve a maximum of six. And the bill is still in the same place, I think.
But they did deport thousands of Haitian immigrants. The guy on the left must’ve been sleeping on the job for the past month not to have noticed.
To the guy on the right, well, you can’t legally deport an American citizen, but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened. The key is it only happens because of sloppiness on the part of DHS, not on purpose.

We DID deport those thousand of Haitians, and in under a week. Other political cartoonists drew comics about them landing in Haiti last week.

According to international law, NO the US can’t deport REFUGEES. Even if they are misidentified as illegal immigrants.
