It seems there is more to this story as these Haitians were actually currently living in other Central American countries before receiving misinformation that went viral on Facebook and all rushed to the same spot on the border thinking that they would be let in.

Steve Breen never tires of reminding us how dumb he is.

We have no control over the movements of immigrants in Mexico, or South America, and that’s where most came from, after they left Haiti. That they all hit Del Rio at one time is hardly the fault of this administration.

The border was a fiasco, is a fiasco, and will remain a fiasco until the Congress of the USA does its job and passes a comprehensive, up-to-date, intelligent, realistic immigration policy.

Seeing all those people under the bridge was horrifying but making political hay out of this tragedy is hypocritical. I remember all the children in cages, separated from parents and wonder where we these pundits back then.

This is rather a sharp-edged effort for Breen. I suspect he has occasional problems with passing a kidney stone, and the pain is reflected in cartoons such as this one.

As if idiot Rump had any answers besides fear mongering and building a few new miles of wall just to have sections blow down during a wind storm. He did get to scam a lot of money of it though.

It is absolutely imperative the Infrastructure Bill does not pass before the 2022 elections. The GOP is doing a grand job of playing “Rope-a-Dope” on this legislation.

I have a problem with this situation being the fault of the Biden administration. How could they know how individual border patrol agents were behaving until advised, or know in advance how many, when, and where Haitian immigrants would show up?. Once exposed the patrol agents’ behavior was condemned and corrected and the encampment was cleared. NOTE: the patrol agents’ behavior was validated and egged on by X-45 during his administration, advising law enforcement agents to not be “too gentle.” And finally, I grew up on horses. I know about tack. What’s the difference between flogging someone with a piece of leather called a rein and a piece of leather called a whip? Ask any horse and they’ll tell you “same difference.”

Each “crisis” that is left over from tRump that presents itself is dealt with by Biden. Afghanistan was addressed and handled within 48 hours of the Afghan government collapse, and the Haitians under the bridge last weekend are gone, most sent back to Haiti. Biden doesn’t have ‘Madame Zelda’ looking in a crystal ball or reading tea leaves, but once the problem surfaces he handles it and quite completely.

Biden actually showed the proper way to deal with illegal aliens. He shipped them back to Haiti! Now he just needs to ship the others back to Columbia, Honduras, Mexico, or wherever they came from including Europe, Asia, or Africa.

A conundrum for Republicans.[always wanted to use that word]. They are in favor of more immigration, it keeps wages low, and makes their donors happy. The Republican voting base, on the other hand, is anti immigration, they don’t like foreigners, strangers, or just about anybody that looks different, so Republican politicians have to make long, anti immigrant speeches, to keep them happy. Fortunately, politicians are adept at talking from both sides of their mouths. Adept,another good word.
