Back before cellphones, when cordless phones were big, ours got blown up in a lightning storm (again). So I went to Wal*Mart and found a really cool one. Got it home and could NOT make it work. As I’m standing in line at the customer service desk, about a dozen people came in with the same phone. “Would you like to replace this, or try something different,” the young lady asked.

“Um. I think I’ll try something different.”

She looked at the line of people with the same defunct phone and bubbled, “Good choice!”

I remember when I was training to be a cashier in a grocery store. One customer stood her liter soda bottles on the moving belt and they tend to fall over when a customer does this. The man behind her screamed bloody murder at me! My supervisor and the other customers were like, “Whoa! Calm down buddy!”

I have gotten to the point that everyone I see without a mask I treat like I did my kids when they were young, saying things like “Really? What part of masking up do you not get” and “Nice mask, never seen one invisible, too bad you are in the store and not back in your lab.”

Told one lady to “Stay the fuc* 6’ away from me. I don’t want the Covid you are spreading.” Two store employees applauded.
