This is one of the things I find strange about Hy’s chain of steak houses. Top-of-the-line dinner fare, but their signature appy? Mac & Cheese!

I think it is more important to have a brilliant grilled cheese than some other exotic dish. I mean how often am I going to eat Chateau Brionne compared to a grilled cheese?

But I use French bread

Back in high school, I barely made it out of Home Economics alive. Business Economics was a ring of hell as well, come to think of it.

But the point is, I can make some mean scrambled eggs.

My granddaughters would consider him the world’s best chef!

Top tip – when a menu lists an item as “Award Winning”, ask to see the award.

To be fair, a grilled cheese sandwich can be a pretty good meal.
