Took a while, but “Get Fuzzy” has really grown on me. It’s become one of my favorite strips on this site.

Houndsay is good enough in this case. More believable.

I lived, with my three cats, in a house owned by a woman with an Australian Shepherd. Indoors, the dog was not allowed to chase the cats, so they would give him grief if he so much as looked at one. With three cats, it’s hard to find a place he was allowed to look. The Siamese would follow him around and bat at the hairs on the back of his hind legs. Of course, outside was a different story ….

I trust that “heresay” in place of the correct “hearsay” is a subtle piece of the overall joke.
